6th Stage -Custom Blending and Packaging
Materials of specific sizes may be automatically dispensed into
a variety of storing or shipping containers. The operator may
choose between packaging in Gaylord boxes - (1,000 pounds),
super sacks (1,000 or 2,000 pounds), paper sacks
(20, 50 or 100 pounds), as well as a variety of other options.
If a custom blend of a number of different sizes of crumb
is desired, the automated blending system will allow the
operator to provide his customers an accurate custom blend
of material. Material is then electronically weighed and
mechanically shaken to ensure consistent and accurate weight
