Asphalt plant regeneration asphalt waste furnace
◆Taiwan's first domestically produced regenerated asphalt drying furnace exhaust gas treatment equipment, with complete technical mastery, has passed the Taiwan Environmental Protection Administration's regulatory emission standards, has the lowest construction and purchase cost, the lowest operating cost, and uses 95 liters of fuel per hour, the most economical in the industry (Japanese workers use more than 200 liters of fuel per hour), with low maintenance costs and easy maintenance.
◆This equipment has been used in Taiwan and China's high-tech semiconductor (TSMC) and panel factories (AUO) for more than 50 sets.
◆The heat exchanger uses SUS321 pipes, which are resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The heat exchanger is equipped with a maintenance entrance for easy cleaning and maintenance. The heat recovery efficiency of the heat exchanger is as high as over 60%, saving fuel.
◆The combustion chamber is connected to the heat exchanger, the equipment volume is the smallest, the installation is the most convenient, and the combustion chamber uses ceramic fiber wool 8P
1260℃, high temperature resistant, with maintenance access for easy cleaning and maintenance. The burner is imported from the United States (brand: North American), the incinerator is converted, and the combustion control system parts are imported from the United States (brand: Honeywell), which complies with the US UL and IR standards, making the factory insurance cost lower.
