Process Description

Frist stage - Pre-processing and screening

After initial screening, oversized and impurities are removed and then crushed to a screenable size, and the feed rate is stabilized.

Ferrous metals are separated using a magnetic separator.

Materials are sorted by using the gap between rollers or by using vibration in conjunction with a screen to sort materials by size.

Use vibration or wind to separate or blow away the sorted materials.

It separates non-ferrous metals by utilizing the different reactions of substances to magnetic force, achieving high sorting efficiency, continuous operation, and large processing capacity.
