Waste Electrical Equipment Recycling
Process Description
Stage 1
First, disassemble the refrigerator's compressor, cables, drawers, partitions, movable plastic components, glass, and rubber. After removing the system's refrigerant and oil using a refrigerant recovery machine, remove the compressor.
The refrigerator's cabinet is conveyed to the crusher via a shelf conveyor. When processing air conditioners, first extract the refrigerant, remove the compressor and fan motor, and then convey it to the crusher via a partition conveyor.

Stage 2
After crushing, the materials enter the material sorting process, first separating the magnetic materials. The remaining mixture then enters the eddy current sorting system to separate the copper-aluminum mixture and non-metallic materials (such as plastics). The copper-aluminum mixture passes through a percussion crusher, a metal screening machine, and a specific gravity separator to separate the copper or aluminum. The insulation material is collected by air separation and then extruded into a PUR dust collection bin and reduced in volume by a volume reduction extruder.

Stage 3
The recycled refrigerator refrigerant enters the refrigerant recovery machine for oil-water separation and purification. The refrigerant recovery machine has a refrigerant and refrigeration oil storage system, a condensation system, and automatic and manual exhaust systems. The recycled air conditioning refrigerant enters another set of refrigerant recovery machines for recycling.

Stage 4
The recovered insulation material enters the extruder for extrusion, and the extruded foamed refrigerant is recovered in liquid form.
